Back by popular demand, the festival will again hold a Photo contest with prizes. To be eligible, all photographs must be taken at the 2011 Marina International Festival of the Winds between Friday, May 6, 2011, and Saturday, May 7, 2011, 7:00 p.m.
The photos must be taken on the Festival grounds at Glorya Jean Tate Park, Marina Skate Park, or Freeman Field, of people attending the Festival and/or of other Festival related activities. The four categories are: Kites, Skate Boarders, People, and Entertainment.
